This auction is for a Soldano Astroverb 16 in excellent condition. It’s been a studio lapdog and has only seen smokey bar rooms 3 or 4 times.This amp is totally original…. there is no reason to think I can upgrade this. The original tubes have never been an issue and therefore are still in the amp.This one is serial number #LTD 29 and signed by Michael Soldano. This is a one channel amp and has an amazing overdrive… great blues or rock amp.This little beauty is in near mint condition and a solid 9++These now sell for $1360 @ Guitar Center… so there’s plenty of head room here…. enjoy !Here is some info about it:
The Astroverb 112 is a 20-watt, single-channel tube guitar amp that packs the soulful crunch of it’s Soldano predecessors into a 1×12 cabinet. It has a size that belies the awesome tones it can produce. Loaded with five 12AX7A preamp tubes and two EL84 power tubes, this gem can give you anything for a great blues crunch to a ripping metal overdrive! Controls include preamp and master volume, reverb, bass, middle, treble, and presence. The Soldano Astroverb 112 is fitted with a 12″ Soldano speaker, custom made by Eminence. The tube amp also has two speaker jacks (16 Ohm), which allows you to use multiple speaker cabinets
