I’m selling a Mesa Boogie Express 5:25 with a beautiful tan tolex with brown corners. Please note that there is a small irregularity in the tolex which is not even noticeable if you are more than a foot away from the amp. I tried to capture it with the 3rd picture.

Most people know what this amp can do. It is a 5w single ended class A or 25 watt Class A/B push/pull EL84 amplifier with 4 main settings on 2 channels….Channel 1 is Clean/Crunch and Channel 2 is Blues/Burn. Most agree this amp is very versatile and great for the traveling musician as it’s lighter than most Mesa Amps, although it is still contructed like a tank. It is loaded with an Eminence Black Shadow E50 speaker and comes with manual, tags, footswitch, footswitch cover and padded Mesa Branded soft cover. Mesa Boogie .50 caliber plus in great condition. Very loud 50 watt tube combo amp. Nice clean channel with a master volume, pull out volume knob for a distortion channel and an equalizer that is activated with a switch or can be left off. The end product is a very versatile, portable combo that can be used as a practice amp, a studio amp or a gig amp. I just had it surviced and it has new preamp tubes and a fairly new murcury transformer and a replacement mesa reverb tank (it’s about a 9 inch 3 reverb tank, sounds great. I’m not sure if it’s accutronics because it’s something specific for boogies but it might be). Original 12 inch Black Shadow speaker. 6L6 tubes. I believe this is a late 80s or early 90s model. Let me know if I’ve left anything out or if I’m mistaken about any of the details. I really like this amp but have a few other amps and need the cash right now, mabe someday I’ll try to find another one.

Mesa Boogie Mark i Reissue 100 watt amp white cover. My touring days are over, so Im selling my classic Mark 1 reissue bought new by me in 1993. This old guy is loud and sings well for those that like blues, southern rock, and classic vintage tones. Not the amp for those that play metal type music. I assume you know what you are looking at if you are reading this, but please read up on the amp before bidding. Harmony Central Reviews is a great place to start.Some things to note.I put new matched Sovtek 6L6s in last year from Tube Depot.com, they only 20ish hours on them, since this was my backup amp. The only way to overdrive this amp is to turn up the volume or use a pedal, no onboard overdrive.Amp has two imputs, one for super clean and one with more brightness and drive.Comes with a Mesa A/B foot switch so you change channels (requires a 2 quarter inch chords).Comes with Black Shadow Celestion speakerHas 2 power settings Condition – A few rips, scratches, and black spots on the cover visible in the photos, but otherwise it works like the day I bought it.
